Triadica sebifera, known as "Chinese tallow" or Chinese tallow tree, is a botanical species with remarkable properties. It grows on all types of soil, resists the most difficult conditions, adapts to the most varied climates, and thrives where other species give up. In autumn, its leaves turn bright red, a spectacle of intense colors in often austere environments.

Our Story: Why Triadica Was Created

Triadica was born from a frustration shared by three friends, Adrien, Pierre, and Lucas, who had each, in their own way, lived or observed the difficulties of French people trying to invest abroad without a safety net.

Adrien Queffrinec, co-founder, comes from the world of real estate finance and auditing. After working for a real estate investment fund and at an audit firm on large accounts, he developed unique expertise in financing structure analysis, yield modeling, and legal securing of acquisitions.

Pierre Ousset, co-founder and technology pillar, has accumulated over 12 years of experience in tech. He built the Triadica platform, the tool that allows our clients to track their renovation progress, check their rental income, and access all their documents from their phone, from anywhere in the world.

Lucas Bercet, co-founder and Triadica's voice in Madrid, is a Madrid resident. He knows the city inside out, its neighborhoods, its agents, its notaries, its craftsmen. He is the link between Spanish ground reality and our French-speaking clients.

This is our flagship service. We scan the entire Madrid market to identify the property that exactly matches your criteria. Our hunters physically visit each selected property to verify what a listing never shows: the actual brightness, street noise, the state of the condominium, voted or upcoming works, neighborhood quality. You only come to Madrid for final visits, not to sort through the market.

We systematically verify the nota simple (property registry) to confirm the absence of debts, mortgages, or hidden charges. We obtain the condominium community certificate. We contact our lawyer partners for urban planning verification. Zero bad surprises at signing.

Buying in Spain involves a different legal process than what you know in France. The Spanish notary doesn't have the same role as the French notary. Why Madrid Rather Than Elsewhere?
